Location
The Boyne Valley is located on the East Coast of Ireland, shortly before the river finally meets the Irish Sea. The valley is approximately 50 kms long and as wide as 20 kms at its widest points.

It is noteable that the valley contains man made structures that pre-date the Egyptian pyramids which have confounded both archiologists and astronomers since discovery.
The valley, for those who were not aware also features historical battlefields, homes and abbeys which have shaped Irish and European history, perhaps even the world we exist in today.
There is even some room for people, lively towns, woods and wildlife !
